Coach: Phil Hubbard (6th season)
Last season: 8-5-3 in Eastern Class B
Top returners: MF Patrick Doe (Sr.), Jackson Fortin (Sr.), MF Everett Fowle (Sr.), D Cody Grasse (Sr.), MF Ryan Gall (Sr.), D Travis Lee (Sr.), F Jacob Miller (Sr.), F Lucas Miller (Sr.), D Matt Atwood (Jr.), G Zack Busmanis (Jr.), D Jeff Dyer (Jr.), MF Harley Ogilvie (Jr.), F Brian Potter (Jr.), MF Matt Potter (Jr.), .D Tom Grady (So.).
Key newcomers: MF Francesco Porcu (Sr.), MF Caleb Grady (Jr.), MF Carl Keller (So.), MF TJ Morey (So.), F Ryan Pulver (So.)
Outlook: The Eagles had over 60 players try out and many of those who made the team are year-round soccer players. They move into Class A this season after a couple of successful years in Class B. They are solid in goal and have a proven scorer in Jacob Miller among a number of other experienced returning players. A tough schedule and the reduced number of teams making the playoffs this fall will test the team’s resolve.
Coach’s comment: “We’ve just got a great group of guys who put a lot of time in the offseason. They just really work hard and they want it. They never give up.”
