Coach: Shawn Totman (5th season)
Last season: 9th in Class A, 6th in Eastern Class A, 4th in KVAC Class A
Top returners: Luke Fontaine (Sr.), Kevin Lind (Sr.), Brian Beede (Sr.), Spencer Hodge (Sr.), Will Lundquist (Jr.), Rory McGuire (Sr.), Sebastian Rose (Sr.), Logan Parker (Sr.), Matt Boucher (Jr.), Chris Sloinia (So.), Jon Day (Sr.)
Key newcomers: Alex Smith (Jr.), Dylan Cheever (So.), Sam Ellis (Sr.), Sam Birch (Fr.)
Outlook: The future is now for the Rams. This group of seniors has been performing well since they placed fifth at KVACs in their freshmen year. Fontaine is one of the top runners in the state and should compete for state title after finishing third last fall. With Lundquist, Burns and Beede, Cony stands an excellent chance of improving on its ninth place Class A finish.
Coach’s comment: “I think that this year’s team should be one of the most competitive that Cony has had in quite a while. The addition of Smith, Cheever, and Ellis should help what is already a talented group of seniors.”
