Outlook: Oak Hill will rely a lot on a solid sophomore class, one that Morong calls as athletic as any class he’s coached. The Raiders move to the Mountain Valley Conference this year, which means they’ll play schools with about two or three dozen fewer students instead of about two or three hundred more.
Coach’s comment: “Kids at Oak Hill, they pride themselves on being three-sport athletes. I think that’s good for us. I’m not getting a group of kids who played 300 games of AAU, and then basketball season starts."
