Box Score

Last season: 12-7, reached Eastern Class A quarterfinals
Top returners: G Amy Hilton (Sr., 5-6), F/C Jaycee Mullen (Sr., 5-10), G/F Gabby Foy (Sr., 5-7), G Mackenzie Conlogue (Sr., 5-7), F Kayla Newbill (Sr., 5-6), F Meg Hall (Sr., 5-8), F Alyssa Williams (Sr., 5-7), G/F Miranda Nicely (Jr., 5-10), G Kiana Thompson (Jr., 5-6), F/C Addie Brinkman (So., 5-10)
Key newcomers: F Emily Knowles (Jr., 5-10), G/F Rachelle Baker (So., 5-9), G Taylor Hollingdale (So., 5-8), G/F Caitlin Kane (Fr., 5-8)
Outlook: With 10 players back, the Cougars are one of the favorites for the Eastern A title. They were able to surprise a lot of teams last winter, but won’t have that advantage this winter. But with the talent on hand and the system, this should be a solid team.
Coach’s comment: “We’re intense. We play hard. We just try to play the game the way the game is meant to be played."
