Outlook: With Selena Lorrey now at Bowdoin after a 1,000-point career, the Rangers will have a big hole to fill and once again play a tough schedule. Seven players return, including two-time all-WMC pick Barrett, but there is only one senior on the roster. Kageliery has the green light to shoot from “anywhere.” Marquis will use his bench liberally to ratchet up the tempo. Traip ran the Class C portion of its regular-season schedule last season. That will be a much tougher task this year. The Rangers may have to pull a Class B upset to make the tournament.
