Outlook: The Eagles reached the Class B state championship game, but will have to replace the production of Sam Dexter and goalie Nate DelGiudice. Dexter scored 79 points in 22 games last season. Cunningham returns as the top returning scorer. He had 68 points (23 goals, 43 assists) last season. Weeks saw limited action in goal the last few seasons and will need to emerge for Messalonskee to enjoy another postseason run.
Coach’s comment: “We’re very different. We lost some guys you can’t just replace. I’m anxious to see how we do.”
