Outlook: Davis finished eighth last season in the Class B 100 backstroke last season and also qualified for the 100 butterfly. The 200 IM team of Colford, Davis, King and Smith finished ninth at the New England championships. Setchell thinks he will get contributions out of the newcomers as well due to their athleticism.
Coach’s comment: “We are looking to build on a good foundation. Our team has a great makeup with a good mix of skill, talent and drive. I am extremely excited to get into the meat of the season and see times drop.”
