Outlook: The Purple Panthers are gunning for their fifth straight Class B state championship. They return a host of standout athletes, led by Bethanie Brown and Georgia Bolduc. Brown set the Class B indoor state record in the mile, finishing in 5:02.15. She also won the 800 and 2-mile runs. Bolduc finished second in the 55-meter dash, third in the pole vault and third in the 200 at the Class B meet as well.
Coach’s comment: “Our girls contnue to be a very strong program. We have a lot talented, hard-working athletes. Our expectations are to try to win state title.”
