Outlook: Skowhegan has more top-notch players in the Hancock family than
some have on their entire roster. The Indians also have quality players
with different last names, and are again one of the favorites to win the
state title. Doughty said the team jelled in the offseason.
Coach’s comment: “I would say right now we’re just adjusting from turf to
grass. They all want to play on turf. But we’re on grass, so we’ve got to
deal with it.”
