Outlook: The Ramblers last season averaged 35 points a game and allowed
just under 4. However, they lost the bulk of their Campbell Conference
championship team to graduation, and their top returning skill position
player, Riley Cobb, may miss the season with a torn meniscus. Winthrop
returns plenty of upper classmen but will still have to replace 11 starters
on both sides of the ball. Corey Staples started on the line last year but
is moving to tight end. Luce replaces Jordan Conant at quarterback.
