Outlook: The Cougars graduated a lot of talented players, but return a number of starters from last season’s state championship team. Mt. Blue looks strong on the offensive line, where Farrington, Sennick and Colin Richards return. Abbott, who missed the second half of last season with a knee injury, is back and could play either wideout or quarterback. Backus is a veteran receiver, and Bonsall moves from receiver to running back. Defensively, Colin Richards leads the line, while Farrington slides into a starting linebacker spot.
