Outlook: The Black bears return several experienced players, led by a
strong defense. Poulin calls his group of midfielders one the storngest
he’s had in awhile and he’s had several strong teams in recent years. Any
doubts about scoring goals were alleviated in a preseason round-robin when
Maranacook scored 13. The team also turned in a strong summer season.
Coach’s comment: “I think we have one of the strongest midfields we’ve had
in awhile but we’re strong at the tother positions, too.”
