Coach: Rosalea Kimball (6th season) Last season: 11th in Class B, 7th in Western Class B, KVAC B Champions Top returners: Evan Longfellow (Sr.), Ben Timm (Sr.), Justin Greeley (Sr.), Chase Gaewski (Jr.), Evan Vincent (Jr.), Louis Chiappetta (So.), Christian Wick (So.), Sam Bryant (So.), Robert Perry (Sr.), Ridge Klonicke (Jr.), Ben Barnes (So.), Artem Down (Sr.), Jackson Pineau (Jr.) Key newcomers: Tilton Webb (Fr.), Tristan Stockford (Fr.), David Robinson (So.), Korey Folmite (So.), George Mallen (Jr.) Outlook: The defending KVAC B lost two seniors but return five runners from last season. The Black Bears will be among the favorites in the conference again and could improve in the Western B race as well. Greeley finished eighth at the KVAC B meet while Longfellow placed 14th. Coach’s comment: “This team has got some promise. They worked on their summer training and are into the season pretty strong so far. I think we are going to have a very good pack of runners.”
