Outlook: The Stags have a new coach in Costigan, a longtime assistant for Bob Brown, who retired. Costigan has been a head coach at USM and Scarborough High. The word rebuild is not something the Stags are accustomed to, but that’s what they face this season. Cheverus has its most inexperienced team in recent years. Ferrick is the only returning starter. The 6-5 Ferrick and the 6-6 Holman are keys to the inside game. Holman was named to the league’s all-rookie team. Flaherty will play point guard.
