OUTLOOK: With three starters back from a team that made it to the state final, the Capers are one of the top teams in Western B and a good bet to win it again. Last year’s team had outstanding chemistry, and Ray hopes this team can recapture that formula. Bowe averaged 16.5 points, while Dickey averaged 13 points. Messina is the other returning starter, and can play point guard. Ben Fox is a 6-foot-7 center who will help inside.
