Coach: Troy Brown, fifth year
Last year: 12-8, lost in Western Class B quarterfinals
Returning starters: 3
Impact players: Dylan Stevens, sr., F; Jake Moody, jr., G; Joe Spinelli, sr., G; Chris Carney, so., G; Matt Ingalls, jr., F; Kyler Parker, sr., G; Kyle Goodale, so., F; Zach Moore, jr., G
Outlook: Wells will battle the league’s taller teams with an aggressive, up-tempo style. The team may start three guards to accomplish it. “We’re looking for our defense to set the offensive tone,” said Brown. Moody averaged in double figures in points last season as did Stevens while adding seven rebounds a game. Moody could play the point or the off guard, depending on the need.
