Outlook: The Seagulls have four starters back from a club that made it to the regional final. The expectations are there for an even better season. At 6-foot-4, 240 pounds, Grace can be a force inside. Gildart emerged as a scorer in the second half of the season. Carlin and Langella are a pair of experienced 6-2 forwards. “The ingredients are there to be successful,” said Regan.
