As my day wrapped up at the City of Palms Park, some notable Red Sox players that didn't travel to Clearwater included: Mike Lowell, Dustin Pedroia, Curt Schilling, Kyle Snyder, Julian Tavarez and Jason Varitek (conducted interviews with many Japanese media outlets).

Don Orsillo, the voice of the Red Sox on NESN, was at the ballpark finishing up the latest addition of “The Red Sox Report.” I had a chance to chat with Don for a few minutes and told him I could fill in for him at anytime...Well maybe I didn't say that last line. Orsillo's brother-in-law is New Britain Rock Cats' radio broadcaster Jeff Dooley.

Tonight I'm having dinner with the entire training staff of the Red Sox. I'm not too sure what I'll be able to add to the conversation.

On Friday, I'll be appearing on many radio stations during their morning shows in Portland and Bangor. My day will start at the Red Sox Complex and conclude at the Minor League Complex where the Sea Dogs host Chattanooga (Reds Affiliate).
