Clay Buchholz set another franchise record in June, striking out 46 batters to break Matt Whisenant's 12-year old record. Buchholz also set the franchise record for strikeouts in May with 51. They are the second and third highest strikeout totals for a month in franchise history:

Jeff Natale set a franchise record for walks in June with 27 -- one shy of Jed Lowrie's franchise record for walks in a month, set this May. Lowrie's 27 walks to 9 strikeouts is the best walks per strikeout mark in franchise history for a player with more than 20 walks in a month.
